We understand the importance of equipping students with the skills necessary for success in the 21st century. Thus, our curriculum not only teaches but also coaches students in responsibility, effective communication, respectful interaction, fair negotiation, and ethical behavior. We provide ample opportunities for students to demonstrate and apply these skills in various contexts, preparing them for the challenges and opportunities they will encounter in their academic and personal lives.
In addition to academic preparation, we prioritize the development of resilience in our students. Our coaching approach empowers students to manage their emotions effectively and cultivate positive relationships, enabling them to overcome obstacles and thrive in the face of adversity.

Partnership Academy is a public school of choice that partners with families and the community to help our students achieve their goals. We strive to provide an alternative academic program for high school students in Orange County Schools who are not realizing their potential in the traditional high school setting. Students may apply to attend Partnership at the beginning of each semester.
We work closely with Orange High School and Cedar Ridge High School to identify students who may thrive in an alternative educational setting with the goal of meeting the requirements for graduation. We offer smaller class sizes, which allow for more one-on-one interactions with teachers and easier communication with families.
In addition to offering the standard academic programs, Partnership Academy provides enrichment activities to enhance core academics and to facilitate students' character development and personal growth. The school counselor creates a comprehensive school counseling program that includes guidance lessons presented in the classroom to teach academic and SEL skills along with the school social worker. All students have the opportunity to participate in field trips, college tours, community service projects, and team building activities.
